Our Brand

In 1989 Green Telecom were primarily an engineering company, installing and maintaining telephone systems for other telecoms companies across the UK with a dedicated engineering force of over 50. The company’s reputation for excellence grew year on year and now, with an in-house salesforce, are trusted throughout the UK to supply efficient and cost effective communication solutions to the SME market.

By putting customers’ needs at the core of our business and continuing to provide a superior customer service with tailored products that meet current and future requirements, we continue to grow.

Trading as a carbon positive company we truly care about the future of our environment. This has been developed to help our clients achieve the same, without cost, just by using our services.

 

Our Strategy

This is an exciting time for us and our customers. Profitable growth in a changing, more competitive business environment requires a strategy designed to deliver exactly what our customers need to achieve ongoing success.

Over the next ten years our strategy is to connect more efficiently with our customers online and offline and substantially grow our market share.

• In order to improve our customers online experience we updated our website with the help of client feedback.
• Positive changes to company procedures, product ranges and how we provided that information to our customers, were key drivers for this investment.
• The way we do business and how our clients like to interact and make choices has changed, so we needed to evolve with them.

Our online image now reflects the positive strategic changes we have made and our core values.

Our strategy is designed to build on our strengths, skills, innovation, and employee engagement to enable our customers to benefit and ultimately the company to grow.

• With a successful apprenticeship initiative in place we have taken on a second trainee in support of our local communities.
