Daniel joined GT IT and Customer Service teams in 2005 when the company relocated to Chesham. A customer service specialist within IT and Broadband diagnostics, with 9 years’ experience in meeting organizational and operational objectives. Having proven ability of analysing and resolving customer concerns using established procedures, examining pertinent information to determine validity of customer problem, determining responsibility and managing resolution, he is a trusted and valued member of staff. Dan also assists with client installations, service calls and remote programming on our system ranges. In his spare time he keeps out of mischief with Karate, painting and keeping updated with the latest gadget/computer equipment.
