James has been with GT since 2001 and is one of our most experienced and skilled members of staff. From programming phone and voicemail systems to project managing and installing our CRM system, James possesses the versatility and objectivity to assess projects and explain complex solutions in simple terms prior to implementation. Our company as well as our customers are increasingly reliant on technology, so James’ role as IT manager is crucial to GT business continuity and success. Providing IT solutions that will best help us and our clients grow and perform more efficiently is pivotal. James always remains a calm, approachable character, even when things aren’t going to plan. Quick witted and funny, it’s no wonder everyone loves him.
