Marlon joined the company in 2001, having graduated from Middlesex University with a degree in Marketing. Initially, he joined the customer service team and gained experience within a number of divisions. For a number of years Marlon headed up the marketing department successfully implementing key strategies and systems across the telecoms value chain. He is an active member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

In 2013 he achieved a Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. This year Marlon is planning to expand his marketing knowledge by undertaking further specialist CIM modules in ‘Mobile’, ‘Metrics and Analytics’.

More recently has chosen to focus on developing key sales accounts, successfully gaining new business opportunities for the company. Marlon has an ardent client base, who truly appreciate his dedication and the first class service consistently provided.

With four young children much of his time is taken up with his family, but a trip to the gym is often sneaked in
