Sofia joined GT in 2012 having worked for many years in customer service and project management. She is a professional team player, very approachable and skilled, especially when working in challenging and deadline critical situations. Sofia will always endeavour to find a solution, however tricky. She is exceedingly skilled in supporting our Sales team and Distributor network, in addition to dealing directly with BT Openreach for all line orders. As a result of her dedication and success, Sofia was promoted to Customer Service Manager In March 2015. We all wish her luck in her new role.

In your opinion what is the most important aspect of working at GT?

I once heard someone say that the single most important element of job satisfaction is the boss. I completely agree. Green Telecom has a good reputation, it’s growing, successful and I have great co-workers and multiple tasks to keep me busy …
